From Shadows to Light: My Journey

Prioritizing yourself is brave, and I'm honored to join your journey.
If you're like me, finding your voice was a challenging quest, overshadowed by living life for others. Losing both parents young, my childhood was marked by their absence. From age 5, I felt Trans, but the world wasn’t safe for me to come out. Society in the 80's stigmatized and mocked the LGBTQ+ community, and my own family's attitude fueled my sadness, anger and lack of trust.
So, I kept my truth locked away as a safety net.
I kept my truth hidden, and this led to problems with addiction, homelessness and isolation. After years of depression, an eating disorder, and attempted suicide, I reached a turning point. Tired of living a lie, I embraced my truth and found strength in my authentic self. I'm here to support others to find their way authentically too.
